Process Development
Nitrosamine impurities are among the most closely scrutinized contaminants in pharmaceutical development today. Even trace levels can pose significant safety risks, making early detection, accurate characterization, and reliable control essential across the product lifecycle. Regulatory agencies worldwide now require stringent assessment, monitoring, and documentation for nitroso-related risks.

Upon receipt of a quotation from Synchemia, along with the Certificate of Analysis (COA) and analytical data for in-stock materials, or a draft COA for custom synthesis products—the customer is required to submit a formal Purchase Order (PO).
The PO should include complete Bill-to and Ship-to addresses, PO number, required pack size, and logistics or shipping preferences..
Yes, order modifications or cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please contact us immediately to request any changes.
After 24 hours, no modifications or cancellations will be accepted.
We arrange free delivery to the domestic shipment and it would be 80 USD Extra for the international client. The duties and custom clearance always remain in client scope.
In-stock materials are generally shipped within 2–3 business days after receipt of the purchase order.
Custom synthesis projects generally take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on complexity and resource availability. We will provide a precise timeline when your quote is issued.
We partner with trusted courier and logistics providers to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
- Domestic Shipping: Shree Maruti Courier, Blue Dart
- International Shipping: DHL, FedEx
All shipments are handled with appropriate care to maintain product integrity during transit.
Sensitive compounds are securely packed in protective materials, including insulated and temperature-controlled packaging, when required. If you have specific packaging needs, please let us know during the order process.
All SynChemia products are stable for shipment at room temperature, unless otherwise specified. Customers will be informed in advance if any product requires special temperature conditions.
Depending on the nature and stability of the product, shipments may be arranged as cool shipments or temperature-controlled shipments to ensure product integrity during transit.
Each SynChemia product is supplied with a standard Certificate of Analysis (COA), which typically includes the following analytical data:
- HPLC / GC, Mass Spectrometry (MS), 1H NMR, IR, TGA, MSDS
Additional or specialized analyses can be provided based on client requirements, including but not limited to:
- 13C NMR, QNMR, DEPT, Elemental Analysis, Loss on Drying (LOD), Water Content
SynChemia standards are analysed using in-house developed analytical methods capable of accurately determining product purity. These methods are not validated pharmacopeial methods unless explicitly included in the quotation; however, they reliably represent the actual purity of the product and are corroborated with supporting analytical data such as NMR.
Upon request, SynChemia can compare its products with pharmacopeial reference standards. Additionally, traceability studies using EP/USP standards can be performed on a chargeable basis.
Please request a separate quotation for any specific pharmacopeial or validated analytical requirements.
SynChemia ensures that products are dispatched with a minimum shelf life of one year from the date of shipment, unless otherwise specified due to product-specific stability considerations.
SynChemia provides a re-certified (re-test) Certificate of Analysis (COA) free of charge for up to two years from the date of purchase, subject to product availability at our facility. Please note that some products may be inherently unstable for long-term storage. In such cases, stability-related details and recommended usage conditions are clearly mentioned in the COA to ensure effective and safe use of the product.
Please contact SynChemia within 30 days of receipt of the product. Our team will investigate the issue and take appropriate corrective action, which may include product replacement or a refund, as applicable.
Some compounds are hygroscopic and may absorb moisture during transit, which can result in a change in physical appearance. This is a physical change only and does not affect the chemical integrity or quality of the compound.
If you have any concerns, please contact our support team for further clarification or additional testing.
For sticky or oily samples, use a glass capillary or clean spatula for transfer. We recommend weighing the material directly in a clean vial using an analytical balance to ensure accuracy and minimize material loss.
For new clients, SynChemia standards are dispatched on a pre-payment basis.
For returning customers, a credit period of up to 30 days, subject to mutual agreement.
Prices are quoted in USD for international orders and INR for domestic orders. An 18% GST is applicable on all domestic orders, as per prevailing regulations.
